Callau told TMZ that she is not out for Thicke's money after news broke that she was facing a possible lawsuit from his sons Brennan and Robin, but that she loved the star deeply and they had planned on having a child together in 2017.

She claims they froze her eggs three years ago and planned to get pregnant in 2017 after Thicke's youngest, Carter, had moved out.

Alan Thicke ' s Widow We Were Going to Have a Kid Denies Robin's Gold Digger Claim . Tanya Callau tells TMZ she and Alan were finally ready to take the next step in their 11-year marriage by getting pregnant in 2017 .

The 41-year-old widow also told the gossip site that an architect visited their Santa Barbara ranch in early December to plan a nursery. However, Thicke, 69, died of massive heart attack soon after on Dec. 12, 2016.

In a court filing obtained by the Daily News, Brennan and Robin allege that Callau threatened "tabloid publicity" if they did not meet her additional demands for more of Thicke's estate.

Callau, however, told TMZ that she never threatened to go the tabloids.

Thicke made Callau, 41, the beneficiary of a $500,000 life insurance policy, as well as giving her all of his union and death benefits.

"Now that Alan is dead, Tanya claims there are numerous problems with the trust and the prenuptial agreement," the new paperwork filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court claims.

She reportedly wants her portion of the estate reevaluated.

The Bolivian-born actress encouraged everyone to seek mediation in order to "figure it all out."
